Delivery

All deliveries are scheduled between the hours of 9am to 6pm. We are unable to guarantee deliveries at a specific time, however, you are more than welcome to indicate your preferred delivery time in the “special instructions” section of the checkout page and we will do our best to deliver within that timeframe. Delivery is available within a 20 mile radius of our shop. Zip codes that are included in our delivery route can be found here. We also offer in store pick up.

We collect not only your contact phone number upon checkout but also the recipients best contact number just in case we run into an issue upon delivery. We will reach out to the recipient when we are unable to hand the arrangement to someone to ensure that they know they have fresh flowers waiting for them at home.

Returns

All sales at Boîte de Fleurs are final. Our arrangements (omitting our Forever Flowers) consist of fresh flowers which are perishable with sensitivity to light, temperature, and moisture. Proper care is required and it is the recipients responsibility to follow the care instructions that are included with every order.
